Who we are
elson.ai is operated by TEMPO AI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1111 E 10th St #1006, Alamogordo, NM 88310, USA ("ELSON", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
The service
ELSON is an AI sales prospecting agent for B2B teams. Access to the product is set up individually with each customer and governed by the commercial agreement concluded at onboarding, including pricing, scope, and data processing terms. This website is an informational surface; nothing on it constitutes a binding offer.
The ELSON app and your mailbox
In the ELSON app you may connect your own Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox. ELSON then sends from it the messages you approved and reads the replies to them, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your messages: you choose and confirm every recipient, each message goes one to one from your own mailbox within daily limits, and ELSON adds an unsubscribe link, honours every opt-out and bounce, and never writes again to someone who opted out. You send only to business contacts you may lawfully write to and who have a legitimate interest in your offer; you may not use ELSON for spam, deceptive messages or the resale of data. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to build a misleading representation of ELSON. Product descriptions and interface previews on this site are illustrative.
Intellectual property
The ELSON name, wordmark, design, and site content belong to TEMPO AI LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for fair, accurate references to our product.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEMPO AI LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website. Commercial commitments toward customers are defined exclusively in the signed customer agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
